College Freshmen Enrollment

Future Northwesternians! This is it! Your journey towards becoming global CHAMPionS is about to start!

Admission and enrollment is ONGOING for incoming College Freshmen of A.Y. 2019-2020!

These are the ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

A. For COLLEGE FRESHMEN (Senior High School/Grade 12 Graduates):

– School Form 9 (SF 9) – formerly known as Form 138/Report Card
– Certificate of Good Moral
– PSA/NSO Birth Certificate or Certificate of Marriage (Original & photocopy)
– Certificate of Honor (if there are any)
– College Diagnostic Examination Result (details are available below)

B. For TRANSFEREES:

– Certified Copy of Grades
– Certificate of Good Moral
– PSA/NSO Birth Certificate/Certificate of Marriage (Original & photocopy)

NOTES:
– Transferees must be CLEARED from obligations on their former school in order to obtain ‘Honorable Dismissal’ or ‘Transfer Credentials’.
– Transferees are no longer required to take the College Diagnostic Examination.

C. For NON-FILIPINO CITIZEN STUDENTS:

– Certified Copy of Grades/Transcript of Records (authenticated with Red Ribbon)
– Student Visa
– PSA/NSO Birth Certificate/Certificate of Marriage (Original & photocopy)

NOTE:
– Non-Filipino Citizens are no longer required to take the College Diagnostic Examination.

D. For ALS GRADUATES:

– ALS Exam Result
– ALS Certification (clearly stating the eligibility of the student to enter COLLEGE)
– PSA/NSO Birth Certificate/Certificate of Marriage (Original & photocopy)
– College Diagnostic Examination Result (details are available below)

E. For STUDENTS PURSUING SECOND DEGREE PROGRAM:

– Transcript of Records (for non-NWU graduates)**
– PSA/NSO Birth Certificate/Certificate of Marriage (Original & photocopy)

NOTES:
– All applicants who pursued their College degrees at NWU shall visit the Registrar’s Office for evaluation and advising.
– Students who will be pursing their second degree course are no longer required to take the College Diagnostic Examination.

**Non-NWU graduates shall visit the Registrar’s Office, present the documents and sign the admission form.

F. For OLD HIGH SCHOOL CURRICULUM GRADUATES:

– Form 138/Report Card
– Certificate of Good Moral
– PSA/NSO Birth Certificate or Certificate of Marriage (Original & photocopy)
– College Diagnostic Examination Result (details are available below)

NOTE:
– Enrollees under the Old High School Curriculum shall take bridging subjects to realign in the new College Curriculum.

Haven’t taken the Diagnostic Exam? Don’t worry!

The College Diagnostic Examination is continuously conducted on June, July and August or until classes for the 1st Semester of A.Y. 2019-2020 will start. Please come on your most convenient schedule from Mondays to Fridays (except Holidays). Morning session will start at 8:00 AM.

Results of the College Diagnostic Exam are now available at the Guidance Office! Applicants shall personally claim their exam result at the said office.

Applicants who recently took the exam shall wait at least 4-5 working days for the availability of their exam results. For the meantime, they can undergo admission.
