The Elementary, Junior and Senior High Schools of Northwestern University Laoag City are ready to welcome enrollees for the School Year 2019-2020. This batch will begin on July 8, 2019.
There are different requirements for incoming Pre-School pupils, Grade 1, Grade 7, Grade 11 students and transferees.
What is the academic requirement for incoming/new Pre-School pupils?
– Birth Certificate (PSA)
What are the academic requirements for incoming/new Grade One pupils?
– ECCD/Progress Report Card
– Birth Certificate (PSA)
– Kindergarten Diploma/Certification
What are the academic requirements for incoming/new Grade Seven students?
– School Form (SF) 9 (formerly Form 138/Report Card)
– Certificate of Good Moral
• Certification for Honor Pupils
• PSA Birth Certificate
For TRANSFEREES:
• Form 138 (Report Card)
• Honorable Dismissal
• PSA Birth Certificate

A. From PUBLIC School
1. SF 9 (formerly Form 138/Report Card)

3. PSA/ NSO Birth Certificate (original/Photocopy)
4. NCAE Result (if available)
5. 2×2 ID Picture with nametag – white background (3pcs)
B. From PRIVATE School
1. SF 9 (formerly Form 138/Report Card)
2. Certificate of Good Moral
3. PSA/ NSO Birth Certificate (original/Photocopy)
4. NCAE Result (if available)

The Government grants Northwestern University (NWU)-Laboratory High School (LHS) subsidy to qualified students through its program Educational Service Contracting (ESC).
